<p><strong>Rhino Entertainment</strong> is&nbsp; looking for a dynamic and experienced <strong>People &amp; Talent Acquisition Partner</strong> to join our team at Rhino Entertainment. As People &amp; TA Partner, you’ll oversee multiple facets of our people strategy, with a strong emphasis on implementing top-tier talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent.&nbsp;</p><p>You’ll report to the Global Head of People &amp; Culture and collaborate closely with hiring managers and People Partners across our global offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about both recruiting top talent and ensuring an engaging onboarding experience that supports a smooth transition into the business and contributes to a strong overall employee experience.<br></p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul> <li>Lead the full-cycle global recruitment process: define hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding cycles.</li> <li>Continuously improve the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and inclusive hiring journey.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.</li> <li>Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including nurturing passive candidates through talent communities or regular engagement.</li> <li>Oversee partnerships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they align with hiring goals, talent quality expectations, and internal recruitment workflows.</li> <li>Manage and take full ownership of the Talent Acquisition platform - enhancing workflows, integrations, candidate assessments, and interview tools.</li> <li>Leverage recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, improve time-to-hire, and inform decision-making.</li> <li>Support with people related administration tasks&nbsp; such as onboarding/offboarding, compensation tracking, benefits reporting, and HR systems updates.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with policies, working permits, and local regulations.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with our People Team across office locations to deliver and enhance core HR processes and responsibilities across people experience activities.</li> <li>Provide proactive support to employees across the organisation with any people-related matters, offering guidance and assistance as needed.</li> <li>Act as a trusted People Advisor to managers by guiding them on the use of internal continuous feedback and performance management tools.</li> <li>Address any workplace and employee relations issues, providing support for various people-related matters.
