This is a remote position. Full-time: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to leads provided by us, along with some lead sourcing through online research

  • Personalised outreach via email (from a Westbourne-issued Gmail account) and LinkedIn, with potential use of WhatsApp (TBC)

  • Use of outreach templates provided

  • Occasional additional outreach activities, as reasonably required

  • Clear and confident communication with senior executives and leaders

  • Proactive engagement to seek guidance and support as needed, ensuring high-quality outcomes and minimising errors

  • Scheduling of confirmed meetings directly into the Head of Partnerships’ calendar

  • A KPI of 8 meetings per week, with a bonus per attended meeting

  • A weekly report summarising key learnings, wins, and challenges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partnership development, lead generation, or business development

  • Exceptional written communication skills in English

  • Advanced proficiency with digital communication platforms (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)

  • Experience with CRM systems (particularly Hubspot)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Professional demeanor and demonstrated business relationship management capabilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while following established processes

  • Experience in the education sector is advantageous but not required

  • Ability to work between Singapore and Sydney time zones

  • Understanding of B2B2C partnership dynamics

  • Comfort with performance metrics and KPI tracking
