This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in L&D practices while working towards a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Role Requirements & Responsibilities</p><p>Areas of expertise and responsibility will include:</p><p>· Support the coordination and delivery of learning programmes and events.</p><p>· Assist with training needs analysis and gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders.</p><p>· Help design and develop learning content using appropriate tools and technologies.</p><p>· Maintain learning records, track attendance, and evaluate programme effectiveness.</p><p>· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including subject matter experts, training providers, and learners.</p><p>· Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating learner feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance training delivery.</p><p>· Ensure that learning solutions align with business goals and performance requirements.</p><p>· Participate in projects that support wider people and development initiatives.</p><p>· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and organisational policies.</p><p></p><p>Academic eligibility and requirements</p><p>The L&D Apprentice must commit to the following academic responsibilities over the 15 month programme</p><p>· Apprentices are required to attend classes one full day per week online with ITP.</p><p>· Complete a structured curriculum of theoretical and practical modules.</p><p>· All required exams, projects, and continuous assessments must be successfully completed.</p><p>· Submit reflective journals/ work-based projects to the learning institution provider that demonstrate the application of their learning as required.</p><p>\\*Regular attendance and active participation in college sessions are mandatory.</p><p></p><p>Candidate Requirements</p><p>· Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands.</p><p>· Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines.</p><p>· Ability to complete tasks under strict deadlines, multitask and deliver results under pressure</p><p>· Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities.</p><p></p><p>The successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate:</p><p>· Passion for learning and professional development.</p><p>· Good written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>· Strong English Language Level.</p><p>· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.</p><p>· Ability to manage time and prioritise work effectively.</p><p>· Comfortable using digital learning platforms and MS Office tools.</p><p>· Willingness to learn, reflect, and apply feedback.</p><p>The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.</p><p>· Proficent knowledge of a European language.</p><p>· Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment.</p><p>· Basic understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles.</p><p>· Familiarity with e-learning platforms or content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Moodle).</p><p>· Experience in customer service or administrative roles.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English at Grade 4/C or above.</p><p>· Must meet eligibility requirements for a Level 3 L&D Practitioner Apprenticeship.</p><p></p><p>Development Opportunities:</p><p>· Formal apprenticeship training delivered via an approved training provider.</p><p>· Exposure to all areas of L&D including design, delivery, and evaluation.</p><p>· Opportunities to develop presentation and facilitation skills.</p><p>· Supportive coaching and mentoring from experienced L&D professionals.</p><p>· Hands on experience in a busy L&D environment.</p><p>· Upon completion apprentices will be awarded a Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner Qualification</p><p></p>\n"
