The Opportunity

</h3> <p><span>Join the Contract Processing team as an Analyst II individual contributor supporting all CPC operations.  In this role, you will provide daily guidance to internal Contract Processing staff to help grow the operation in alignment with the Company’s vision and values.  Focus areas include Partnering with internal teams to ensure sound business practices that meet audit requirements and operational goals, supporting the team, mentoring others, and developing as a subject matter expert within Contract Processing responsibilities may include assessing and supporting training needs, representing CPC in a professional manner to internal stakeholders, and contributing to best-in-class service delivery.  Additional duties may include onboarding support, assisting with quality and compliance efforts, coaching on process expectations, and supporting the resolution of customer or dealer inquiries, including direct outreach when needed. </span></p> <h3>

The Work Itself

</h3> <ul><li>Provide day-to-day operational support across CPC lines of business to help achieve business objectives.</li><li> Participate in project management activities and process enhancement initiatives, and compliance related efforts intended to facilitate achievement of goals.</li><li> Support, coach, and collaborate with internal Analyst I employees to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.</li><li> Maintain working knowledge of multiple contract processing lines of business (Retail, Lease, CSG, AllyPlus, etc.).</li><li> Serve as backup support for the Sr. Analyst, including delegated approval tasks as needed.</li><li> Provide oversight and daily guidance to Analyst I operations.</li><li> Assist in resolving contract processing questions or reviewing documentation when escalated or unclear.</li><li> Monitor and speak to process volume/performance, identify unusual volume fluctuations, variances, and signs of processing delays or deterioration.</li><li> Effectively review contracts and process deals for multiple CPC lines of business.</li><li> Regularly engage with internal stakeholders and leadership to provide insight on trends and emerging issues.</li><li> Ensure teammates have access to appropriate process documentation and training resources to support success in their roles. Analyze issues and use judgement to make informed decisions.</li><li> Apply knowledge of Ally policies and standard practices to resolve problems efficiently and accurately.</li><li>  Understand how to pull and analyze reports to inform process improvement and operational effectiveness.</li><li> Work effectively across teams with high level of interpersonal skill, professionalism, and collaboration.</li><li> Implement de-escalation techniques with dealers or internal partners and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.</li><li> Demonstrate a high level of ethical standards and integrity in all work.</li><li> Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned in support of CPC operations.</li></ul> <h3>

The Skills You Bring

</h3> <ul> <li>HS Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred or applicable years of business experience.</li> <li>3+ years in customer service or financial services industry is preferred.</li><li>Project/process management framework knowledge and application is preferred.</li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally)</li><li>Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload for self, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to organize data and exercise effective problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.</li><li>Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment.</li><li>Flexible and can work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to work nights and weekends, when needed.</li><li>Detail-oriented, energetic, motivated, and action-oriented.</li> </ul><span> #LI-Hybrid</span><span> #LI-DFS</span><span></span> <h3>

<strong><u>Base Pay Range</u></strong>: $55000 - $80000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
